Elementary Open House and Party at the Park

Welcome Back to a New School Year!

Join us for our Open House on August 22nd from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We invite you to bring your school supplies, check your class list, meet your teacher, and enjoy connecting with our community!

Parking and Entry:

• Please park on the East side of the building.

• Enter through the athletic entrance (red overhang).

• Staff will be available to greet you and guide you to the appropriate areas of the building.

• Look for signs directing you to the cafeteria, transportation, and classrooms.

Class Lists:

• Class lists will be posted outside of the classrooms in the academic wings, so make sure to check the walls for your child's information.

Vaccination Information:

• If you need to update your child's vaccinations, the Hancock Public Health Vaccination Bus will be available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Community Party:

• The ARC Heart & Soul and PTA will host a party at the park from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• There will be about 14 different organizations providing information and resources for families. Tables will be set up in the park building.

• Enjoy complimentary hot dogs and chips from the United Methodist Church of Arcadia.

• Fun activities will include bounce houses provided by the PTA, along with Kona Ice and a coffee truck available for purchase.

• The YMCA will host games for kids as part of your Y Fly Program.
