Hello parents, guardians, friends, students!
My name is Darlie DeVaul and this is my third year of teaching Kindergarten at Arcadia Local Schools. I attended and graduated from New Riegel School and continued on my educational journey to Owens Community College. I received my associates degree in Registered Nursing and then made a career change and graduated with my degree from The University of Findlay with Early Childhood Education.

I
am very excited for a school year with a class FULL of
Respectful, Responsible Redskins!
There is a lot of learning, moving,
singing, dancing, laughing and making new friends in the Kindergarten class. This will be
a year full of growth, change and milestones reached by all of the
students in our class. The students will be reciting
alphabet letters, sounds, recalling sight words, reading stories,
counting objects, adding, subtracting, sharing with one another, using kind
words, working together- just to name a few! As the school
year progresses, we will be taking several pictures to reminisce our
year in Kindergarten!
Why do we come to Kindergarten?!? TO LEARN!
